Delivery is estimated at 7-10 business days after the order is confirmed and ready for dispatch.

For custom requests or larger pieces, our team will confirm delivery timing before fulfillment.

Returns

Unused, undamaged, non-customized pieces may be requested within 7 days in original packaging.

• Custom, personalized, or made-to-order products are not returnable
• Used, installed, altered, or damaged items are not eligible
• Natural finish variation is not a defect

Fees & refunds

AED 150 courier collection fee applies unless OKRA verifies a manufacturing defect or fulfillment error.

Approved refunds return to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours if not dispatched.
